Wool Felt Desk Mat
$80.00 USD
Pressed wool felt, five millimetres thick, sized to span the working area without overhanging the front edge. It softens keyboard noise and keeps a mug from ringing against the hard surface. Because the felt is pressed rather than needle-punched, the cut edge stays clean — no binding, nothing to fray — and it lies flat from the moment you unroll it.

Materials
100% wool felt, pressed to 5mm, sourced from a mill in the northeast. Wool is chosen over synthetic because it springs back after something heavy has rested on it, and it does not develop a shine where a wrist rests.
Care
Lift dust with a lint roller or a stiff brush. For spills, press a dry cloth straight down to blot — rubbing works the liquid into the fibre. Wool naturally repels water for the first minute or so, which is usually enough time.
